Sample Policy
Evaluate the Product Before Bulk Manufacturing
We encourage brands to evaluate products before making a bulk manufacturing commitment. Our sample process allows you to experience the selected product, assess its suitability for your brand, and make a more informed decision before proceeding with bulk production.
Please review the following sample policy before placing a sample request.
1. Sample Availability
Samples are available for selected products in our product range.
Availability may vary depending on the product, formulation, packaging, and current manufacturing availability. If a requested product is not currently available for sampling, our team will inform you accordingly.
2. Standard Sample Quantity
Samples are provided in a standard sample quantity determined according to the selected product.
The sample quantity may vary from product to product depending on its type, formulation, packaging format, and availability.
The applicable sample quantity will be confirmed when your sample request is processed.
3. Standard Sample Packaging
Samples are supplied in the standard sample packaging available for the selected product.
Sample packaging is intended primarily for product evaluation and may differ from the final retail packaging used for your bulk manufacturing order.
Custom bottles, jars, tubes, labels, printing, cartons, or other personalized packaging are not automatically included with standard samples.
4. Custom Packaging for Samples
If you require specific packaging for evaluation, please discuss your requirements with our team before placing the sample request.
Custom packaging may involve:
-
Additional costs
-
Minimum quantity requirements
-
Packaging availability
-
Additional lead time
-
Feasibility assessment
Custom packaging arrangements are handled separately from standard sample requests.
5. Multiple Product Samples
You may request samples of multiple products where samples are available.
Ordering multiple samples can help you evaluate different product options and shortlist the products that best fit your brand requirements before moving toward bulk manufacturing.
Sample availability and applicable sample charges will be confirmed for the requested products.
6. Sample Evaluation
Samples are provided so that you can evaluate the product before making a bulk manufacturing decision.
Depending on the product, you may evaluate factors such as:
-
Texture and consistency
-
Fragrance
-
Appearance
-
Application experience
-
Product performance
-
Overall suitability for your intended market
Sample evaluation does not automatically constitute approval for bulk production.
7. Formulation Customization
Standard samples generally represent the standard product being offered for evaluation.
If you require a custom formulation, specific ingredients, fragrance modifications, performance changes, or other formulation adjustments, these requirements should be discussed separately with our team.
Custom formulation development may involve additional development requirements, costs, quantities, timelines, and feasibility considerations.
8. Sample Cost & Related Charges
Sample charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the sample request is processed.
Depending on the request, additional charges may apply for:
-
Custom packaging
-
Special product requirements
-
Custom formulation development
-
Additional quantities
-
Special handling or shipping
Any applicable charges will be communicated based on your specific request.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Sample shipping arrangements depend on the delivery location, selected products, package size, and applicable courier or logistics requirements.
Shipping charges may be applicable and will be communicated as part of the sample request process.
International sample requests may be subject to applicable shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or destination-country requirements.
10. Sample Approval & Bulk Manufacturing
Sample approval is an important step before moving toward bulk manufacturing.
Once you are satisfied with the selected product, you can discuss the next stage with our team, including:
Product → Quantity → Packaging → Customization → Costing → Manufacturing
The final MOQ, pricing, packaging specifications, formulation requirements, and production terms will be confirmed based on your finalized requirements.
11. MOQ for Bulk Manufacturing
The MOQ for bulk manufacturing is not necessarily the same as the sample quantity.
Minimum order quantity depends on factors such as:
-
Product
-
Formulation
-
Packaging type
-
Packaging quantity
-
Customization
-
Raw material requirements
-
Manufacturing requirements
The applicable MOQ will be confirmed during the quotation and order-finalization process.
12. Sample Changes & Additional Requests
If you require changes after evaluating a standard sample, please share your requirements with our team.
Requests involving formulation changes, fragrance changes, packaging changes, labeling, or other customization may require a separate feasibility assessment and may affect the applicable cost, MOQ, and timeline.
13. Sample Returns & Refunds
Samples are supplied for evaluation purposes and are generally not returnable once delivered.
Sample charges and shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any exception will depend on the specific circumstances of the order and will be communicated by our team.
14. Important Note
A sample is intended to help you evaluate the product before making a bulk manufacturing decision.
The final bulk manufacturing product may involve differences in packaging, production quantity, labeling, customization, or other specifications where changes have been specifically agreed upon during the finalization process.
Bulk production will proceed only after the applicable product, specifications, packaging, quantities, commercial terms, and other requirements have been finalized.
